WEEK 40
Due date is here today! Things are progressing and the Dr was really excited about where we are right now. We made the decision to go no further than 41 weeks so we'll be setting up a possible inducing for next Thursday. We got to see his little face again and it's definitely plumped up! According to the sonogram he's measuring a little bigger than 7 lbs..... give or take a pound. We found out he does indeed have some hair (last sono the tech couldn't see much on there) which made us giggle. I'll leave you here with these photos. :)
How far along? 40 w 0 d
Total weight gain/loss: ~25 lbs.... Gained back from what I had lost when sick.
Sleep: Still sleeping well!
Best moment this week: Seeing the little man's face again! So much fuller than last time !
Movement: Lots and lots of movement.
Symptoms: Back aches, occasional round ligament pains, he's dropped, and the Dr said that my cervix is much softer than last time.
Food cravings: Nachos
Food aversions: Veggies are still on the list but not as horrid as it has been in the past.
Gender: Boy.
Labor Signs: Starting to dilate and effaced now.
Belly Button in or out? Still in!

What I am looking forward to: Seeing him in person within the week!! So much emotion that goes with it but Chase & I are ready for him to arrive. :)
